Here's what we're looking for:

• 10 years experience or more
• knowledge and experience with the process of prepping and painting older homes.
• solid, clean interior painting skills.
• prepared to contribute to every aspect of the job from washing, scraping & sanding, right through to the finish painting.
• able to handle responsibility and crew delegation when required
• excellent spraying skills
• comfortable with ladder work up to 40'
• fit, personable, clean, organized, & energetic
• strong work ethic
• strong communication skills.
• your own hand tools and a vehicle.
